How To Change Your Wax Guard

Remember, it if your hearing aid isn't working, this is a great first step for troubleshooting. Sometimes the wax guard is full and as a result no sound is able to travel from the microphone into your ear. In addition to changing the wax guard, it might be a good idea to also change the battery. If the problem still persists, make sure you make an appointment with your Audiologist.
