We will be closed this upcoming Thursday, November 11th to remember the sacrifices of those who went to war for our nation.
Did you know that 2021 marks 100 years of the first poppy worn in Canada to commemorate those lost in World War One? Although Armistice day was celebrated from 1921-1930 in the second week of November, the first Remembrance Day as November 11th was observed in 1931. In 2021 Remembrance Day honors all men and women who have served in Canada.
